Ok, so i have been using Hostgator for 3 of my websites for the past year and so far i haven’t experienced any downtime with them (minor latency from time to time). Also so far i had no unpleasant experiences with their support.
But… i would like to open 2 more websites and i want a change, maybe for the better (server and services wise), of web hosting service. Why ? Simply because i would like to see something above my current web host provider, that can catch my eye.
So, what i would like from WHT community is :
Your own personal "Top 10 web hosts" recommendation !
For the sake of relevance let`s split them in 2. So chose one (or both) category and tell me your top 10 choices (adding a few words on why you chose them would be cool) :

Category A - price range 3$ -> 7$ per month
Category B - price range 7$ ->15$ per month

Note: again i`m looking for a "personal" to "small business" hosting plan and above 15$ per month to me is useless.
