If it pulled in $1,250 in April and still has room to grow in the niche - $20k may be a steal. Most purchase a site of that size with a 12 month investment or more so you could figure anything within $20,000 to $30,000 is still reasonable.

That being said, I see that he sold for $13,000. That&#039;s a shame, he could have held out for so much more. (this is coming from a guy who sold a site for triple that two months ago).</description>

I&#039;m also going to be watching the sale of NBB very closely. I&#039;ve thought it to be a great blog (and I&#039;m still subscribed to it), though to be honest it&#039;s gone a bit downhill lately. But I guess that&#039;s because he&#039;s been getting ready for the sale.

I don&#039;t see why someone would pay $20,000 for it, though. We&#039;ll see. :)</description>
