As far as I can tell by using Google webmaster tools, Google updates thier links list every 2 weeks or so.

I have been using SEO for FireFox for a while now. A great WP-Plugin.

I also use the SEOQuake toolbar for FireFox. I can see a lot of info instantly which is just what I like.

I think You can try out one of the best SEO toolbars – SeoQuake. It can analyze anything you may need including keyword density on a page. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3036/ – for Firefox. seoquake.com – for IE. and check out seodigger.com – reverse SE index. you can use it to analyze your competitor’s keywords.
